About Make a Move Virtual

Make a Move is a national fundraising and awareness campaign in support of Scleroderma Canada. Across the country, communities come together to walk in honour of those living with scleroderma, to remember loved ones, and to stand in solidarity with everyone impacted by this complex disease.

Make every penny count

We ask that everyone taking part in Make a Move raises as much as they can for Scleroderma Canada. With your support, we are creating a movement to improve and change life with scleroderma, advancing breakthroughs on the way to cure the condition. When you sign up, a fundraising page will automatically be set up for you. Follow our tips below to help reach your fundraising target.  

  1. Set a fundraising target. We recommend a target of $1,000 for individuals and $5,000 for households, which you can increase if you reach your target early.  
  2. Personalize your page. Share your story and why you are taking part in Make a Move and fundraising for Scleroderma Canada.   
  3. Share the link to your fundraising page with friends, family, and colleagues on WhatsApp, email and/or on your social media channels.
